Delivery times

Every order completed before 6PM CET on a working day is leaving our facility the same day. The estimated delivery times depend on your location. For deliveries within Europe it normally comes down to 3 to 4 days, for oversea deliveries you should keep in mind it can take up to 10 days, depending on how fast customs clears the package. We do aim to keep our delivery times as short as possible!

Return your order?

No problem my friend. As long as you didn&#039;t cut the socks loose, you can return your order. We do ask you to let us know at max 14 days after you received the package.

RIGHT OF REVOCATION
When purchasing products, the consumer has the option of dissolving the agreement without giving reasons for a period of 14 days. Because of hygienic reasons, the packaging may not be detached by the customer. The entrepreneur will take the utmost care in receiving and executing orders of products and in assessing applications for the provision of services. The place of delivery is the address that the consumer has made known to the entrepreneur. All delivery periods are indicative. The consumer can not derive any rights from any periods mentioned. The entrepreneur is not responsible for delays caused by third parties if the entrepreneur can prove that he has done everything in his power to respect the agreed delivery time. Exceeding a term does not entitle the consumer to compensation. If delivery of an ordered product turns out to be impossible, the entrepreneur will make every effort to provide a replacement article. At the latest upon delivery, it will be clearly and comprehensibly stated that a replacement article will be delivered. For replacement items, the right of withdrawal cannot be excluded. PAYMENT
Payment is made in the way the consumer has chosen when placing the order. The consumer has the duty to inaccuracies in provided or stated payment details immediately to the entrepreneur to report. First of all we hate unwanted e-mails ourselves so we rather don&#039;t be &#039;one of those companies&#039;. It of course makes sense that whenever you order, we send you some e-mails regarding status of your order, shipping details and so on. But after that? Not a single e-mail will be send to you if you don&#039;t sign up for our (awesome) newsletter.

Long story short: you will never receive an unsolicited promotional e-mail.

But what about securing my details?

No different. When you order at Pepper Socks you can either choose to make an account or complete your order without an account.

For those who choose not to create an account we do not keep any information stored except the ones we need for legal purposes, such as name, address and the ordered amount. None of these details are accesible online.

For those who do create an account we keep the details you filled in, in a seperate database. That is needed so you can login later to order again or to consult, adjust or delete your personal information. The database we use is absolutely top notch when it comes to security. It is being manages by a third-party who specialized in securing online accounts. We make socks, they do the security. The encryptions are so complicated that even if we would want to access your details we wouldn&#039;t even know how to.

Which fabrics are Pepper Socks made off?
Pepper Socks are 80% cotton, 17% polyamide en 3% elastane. In our humble opinion the perfect combination for socks. While the cotton makes them super comfortable, the polyamide and elastane make them durable.Ordering

We ourselves are also a matching pair. Two young sisters with a passion for fashion and driven to combine our studies with entrepreneurship. At the beginning of September 2020, we took up this challenge and threw ourselves into this adventure. We made it our personal mission to convey the uniqueness of Pepper Socks to our clients. Our socks consist of 80% cotton. On the one hand this extends the life of your favorite socks considerably, on the other hand your feet get nothing less than they deserve: comfort and care!

In other words, you get socks that keep their shape for hundreds of washes. On the other hand, cotton absorbs the moisture from your feet better so they stay dry. You get a win-win situation: this is healthy for your feet and for the nose of your bubble!

Throughout the entire chain, we take into account our beloved planet. We, too, hear the cries for sustainable entrepreneurship and they don&#039;t go deaf ears.
